Privacy Policy for YouTube Feed Manager

1. Scope

The YouTube Feed Manager extension runs only on https://www.youtube.com/*.

This extension checks whether video titles shown on YouTube surfaces such as the home feed, recommendations, and sidebar contain keywords defined by the user, and then blurs or hides matching videos, or highlights videos matching interest keywords.

2. Information Processed

This extension may process the following information locally in the browser.

• Filter keywords added directly by the user
• Interest keywords added directly by the user
• Extension settings (filter mode, conflict priority)
• Whether the extension is enabled
• Selected filter mode (blur or hide)
• Video titles read from YouTube pages

3. Storage

Keywords and settings are stored locally in the user's browser using chrome.storage.local.

Video titles read from YouTube pages are used temporarily for keyword matching only and are not permanently stored by the extension.
